# a few days back, a christian bud, in reference to quran's telling abraham to "clean the house for those who visit it" (in 22:26), made the comment, "what is abraham in islam? the steward of kaaba?"

...when i later stumbled upon this description of abraham presented in pre-islamic jewish lit, i couldn't help asking the worthy his views regarding it! : grin :
