7:107, 26:32 , 20:20 So he cast it down, and lo! it was a serpent, gliding.

gliding: to move quietly or stealthily or without being noticed
http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/gliding

So he cast it down,
Moses took the responsibility(Task) to Project Allahs Commandments (Staff) in front of pharaoh.

and lo! it was a serpent, gliding
Here Moses Task is compared with a Huge stealthily moving Snake.
That means His gigantic Task of projecting his commandments (Throwing the Staff) in front of pharaoh is as hard as controlling a Huge stealthily moving snake.

As Moses was fearing about the difficulties and dangers in this Task , which are compared with Snake. Then Allah says
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Translation:20:21
27:10 , 28:31 ,020.021 He said: Grasp it and fear not. We shall return it to its former state.

Meaning:
He said: Grasp it and fear not.
Allah Tells moses to hold these Commandmends(STAFF),and Allah reassured him and told him not to worry

We shall return it to its former state.

Here Moses was fearing of the dangers in this TASK. Allah Reminds him of the previous state which Moses Said that this STAFF (Commandments) is his strength and he will make proper use of it.

So Allah is telling to Moses that we will complete the task as you expressed before(former state)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Translation:
020.022 And thrust thy hand within thine armpit, it will come forth white without hurt. (That will be) another token.

Meaning:
And thrust thy hand within thine armpit.
"Keeping Hands in the Armpit" is the act of being calm.

it will come forth white without hurt.
As Allah is saying to moses be Calm and not to worry, you will come out of the danger without malice(White) without hurt.

White:without malice; harmless
http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/white

Allah is telling that Moses will not be in any problems when he goes to Pharaoh. and Allah is telling that Moses will complete his TASK without any problems or difficulties.

(That will be) another token.
So Allah tells moses that completing this TASK with out any problem will be another Success to you.
