11.71 - And his wife was standing, so she laughed. So We gave her the good tidings of Ishaq and after Ishaq, Yaqoub. 11.72 - She said: Woe to me! Will I give birth while I am an old woman, and this is my husband (who is) a very old man? Indeed, this is an amazing thing. 11.73 - They said: Are you amazed at the command of Allah? May the mercy of Allah and His blessings be upon you, people of the house. Indeed, He is Praised, Glorious. 11.74 - And when the fear had gone from Ibrahim and the good tidings came to him, he began to argue with Us concerning the people of Lut. 11.75 - Indeed, Ibrahim was forbearing, compassionate and (frequently) returning (to Allah).

Indeed, the command of your Lord has come, and indeed, there will come to them a torture that cannot be repelled. 11.77 - And when Our messengers (angels) came to Lut, he was upset for them and felt for them discomfort and said: This is a tough day. 11.78 - And his people came to him while rushing toward him, and before they used to do evil deeds. He (Lut) said: O my people! These are my daughters, they are purer for you; so fear Allah and do not disgrace me concerning my guests. Is there not among you a man of reason? 11.79 - They said: You have certainly known that we have not concerning your daughters any right; and indeed, you surely know what we want. 11.80 - He said: If only I had against you power or could take refuge in a strong corner.
