Of course He does, let the Quran speaks by showing you a few verses:
The following verse is directed at all people (mankind) regardless being a believer or not, let�?????�????�???�??�?�¢??s read the message in it:
O mankind! Indeed We have created you of a male and a female, and made you nations and tribes that you may know each other; surely the most honourable of you with Allah is the one among you most fearful (of Allah); indeed Allah is all-Knowing, all-Acquainting
[The Quran ; 49:13]
يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُم مِّن ذَكَرٍ وَأُنثَى وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِندَ اللَّهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ خَبِيرٌ (13)
-> See: يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ , Ya Ayoha Al Nas, i.e. O mankind, i.e. the message is directed at all mankind, letÃ??????Ã?????Ã????Ã???Ã??Ã?¢??s read the message: We have created you of a male and a female,, as well, وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا , i.e. and made you nations and tribes that you may know each other , see the words: لِتَعَارَفُوا , Li Taarafu, i.e. that you may know each other , it is like when you tell someone I want to know you better, now the best of all mankind is the following: surely the most honourable of you with Allah is the one among you most fearful (of Allah), i.e. the ones who do what Allah told them to do. LetÃ??????Ã?????Ã????Ã???Ã??Ã?¢??s see an example of what Allah told those who fear Him, to do:
7: It may be that Allah will bring about friendship between you and those whom you hold to be your enemies among them; and Allah is Powerful; and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
8: Allah does not forbid you respecting those who have not made war against you on account of (your) religion, and have not driven you forth from your homes, that you show them kindness and deal with them justly; surely Allah loves the doers of justice.
9: Allah only forbids you respecting those who made war upon you on account of (your) religion, and drove you forth from your homes and backed up (others) in your expulsion, that you make friends with them, and whoever makes friends with them, these are the unjust.
[The Quran ; 60:7-9]
عَسَى اللَّهُ أَن يَجْعَلَ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَ الَّذِينَ عَادَيْتُم مِّنْهُم مَّوَدَّةً وَاللَّهُ قَدِيرٌ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ (7)
لَا يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجُوكُم مِّن دِيَارِكُمْ أَن تَبَرُّوهُمْ وَتُقْسِطُوا إِلَيْهِمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ (8)
إِنَّمَا يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ قَاتَلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَأَخْرَجُوكُم مِّن دِيَارِكُمْ وَظَاهَرُوا عَلَى إِخْرَاجِكُمْ أَن تَوَلَّوْهُمْ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُمْ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ (9)
-> I will skip verse 7 but will come back to it at the end and explain to you the great message in it, I will start by verse 8 above, see what Allah is telling the believers: Allah does not forbid you respecting those who have not made war against you on account of (your) religion, and have not driven you forth from your homes, that you show them kindness and deal with them justly; surely Allah loves the doers of justice., very straight forward, now would this verse applies to you? Of course not, because you are fighting the believers on the account of their religion, this is confirmed in verse 9, see: Allah only forbids you respecting those who made war upon you on account of (your) religion, and drove you forth from your homes and backed up (others) in your expulsion, that you make friends with them, and whoever makes friends with them, these are the unjust., see, this is where you and your mentor Dr Ali Sina belong, you two are waging war on the Muslims on the account of their religion, consequently we have no obligation to respect, love or care for the likes of yous, a fight does not have to be physical, in fact most fights in the worlds are verbal, and that is exactly what you and the likes of you do, you are verbally attacking all the Muslims based on the account of their religion.
-> Now, let me explain the great message in verse 7, obviously you and the likes of you must be an obvious enemy to the believers, yet Allah is telling us the He is able to make us and the enemy love each other, see what the verse says: عَسَى اللَّهُ أَن يَجْعَلَ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَ الَّذِينَ عَادَيْتُم مِّنْهُم مَّوَدَّةً , , Asa Allah Ann Yajaal Baynakum Wa Bayn Alazeen Aadaytum Menhum Mawadda, i.e. It may be that Allah will bring about friendship between you and those whom you hold to be your enemies among them , see, Allah is able to make us and the enemy friends, i.e. it is not restrictly forbidden, clear Allah said that He can make us friends. But thst is up to Him, for the believers who fear Him though, they need to do what Allah told them to do, which again is as follow: Allah does not forbid you respecting those who have not made war against you on account of (your) religion, and have not driven you forth from your homes, that you show them kindness and deal with them justly; surely Allah loves the doers of justice., and finally, you should know well that the likes of you belong to the following people: Allah only forbids you respecting those who made war upon you on account of (your) religion, and drove you forth from your homes and backed up (others) in your expulsion, that you make friends with them, and whoever makes friends with them, these are the unjust.
